Here at Glendale, we’re excited to announce that we’ve achieved the silver sustainability verification from Alcumus SafeContractor for achieving excellence in health and safety in the workplace.

This demonstrates Glendale’s commitment to best practices and putting sustainability at the heart of our business.

Here at Glendale, we strive to complete each of our services in the most environmentally-friendly way possible and continue to upgrade our equipment to be more in line with our values. This includes the addition of electric mowers to our fleet in South Tyneside, we’re hoping to add a lot more electric equipment into our company to reduce the amount of fossil fuels we’re burning.

There are many reasons why becoming a more sustainable company is one of our main values. All of our team here are passionate about green spaces and in turn, creating a greener future. These values are at the core of our business and when we have a goal in mind, we do our very best to reach it. By becoming proactive rather than reactive, we want to put more into the environment than we take out. Glendale achieved carbon neutrality in 2021, again proving how dedicated we are to bettering the environment.
