We might be slightly biased, but we believe that Glendale is one of the best companies to join in this industry. We can offer you a ton of benefits which include:

  • Competitive salary
  • Incremental annual leave
  • Free gym membership for you and a nominated person
  • Employee health cash plan
  • Employee discount portal – discounts on travel bookings, high street vouchers, gift cards, cinema tickets, days out, leisure activities and your day-to-day spending
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Pension Scheme
  • Company sick pay

Not only that though, we’re also a company that cares. All of the benefits above sound great, but if you join a company whose managers, team leaders, directors, or any higher-up members of staff simply don’t care or treat you badly, then the great benefits don’t matter. Our main priority is making sure our staff are happy, healthy, and safe at work. It’s all good saying that though, every company can say that they care, what sets us apart is that we take action. We’ve got six mental health first aiders within our team, and we always encourage our employees to get support if they need it. There’s no shame in struggling with your mental health, in fact, the amount of people struggling with their mental health in the horticulture industry is actually higher than the national average, which makes it even more important to offer resources and help to our team. We also want to be the benchmark when it comes to inclusivity and diversity within this industry, we make sure to give everyone a chance, as well as encourage other businesses to do the same.

You’ll be working within a team consisting of like-minded individuals as well as working alongside complete experts in the form of our team leaders, managers, and supervisors, who you can learn and grow from.
