Glendale Celebrates Employer Excellence Award at the 2025 BALI National Landscape Awards

We are proud to announce that Glendale has been named a National Winner at the 2025 BALI National Landscape Awards, receiving the Employer Excellence Award.

This award recognises our commitment to staff development, training, and professional standards across the landscaping industry. The judging panel described our submission as “very well-structured, extremely easy to navigate, precise and to the point,” highlighting the value placed on training through our apprenticeship scheme and the Glendale Academy.

Winning this award is a testament to the dedication of our teams across the business. It reflects the effort we put into creating opportunities for growth, supporting career progression, and maintaining the highest professional standards.

The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 5 December 2025 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, where we will celebrate alongside other leading organisations in the landscape sector.
