Glendale Wins Principal Award for Employer Excellence at 2025 BALI Awards

Glendale has received national recognition after being named the Principal Award Winner in the Employer Excellence category at the 2025 BALI Awards.

The award highlights Glendale’s continued focus on creating a positive workplace and investing in long-term career development. With more than three decades in operation and over 1000 colleagues employed across the country, Glendale has built a working environment that encourages growth, support, and professional progression.

A consistent proportion of the workforce is currently completing apprenticeship programmes, and the business continues to welcome Armed Forces service leavers as well as individuals looking for fresh opportunities. This structured approach gives people clear routes into the industry and helps them progress through the organisation.

Training pathways are available from entry level through to senior management roles. Many team members have advanced through multiple stages of their careers within the business thanks to ongoing support and access to industry-specific learning.

Safety remains a significant focus. The GlenSafe platform has strengthened reporting, increased awareness, and encouraged responsibility across operational teams. It has helped foster stronger working habits and a safer environment across all contracts.
