Glendale Secures Prestigious Contract with London City Airport for Additional Three Years

Glendale is delighted to announce the continuation of our partnership with London City Airport Limited for a further three years. London City Airport ranks as the fifth busiest airport for both passenger and aircraft movements in the Greater London area. The airport is just three miles from Canary Wharf and six miles from the City of London. Its strategic position next to the London financial district is crucial for business travel and contributes significantly to the development and economic growth of London.

This renewed three-year contract reaffirms Glendale’s commitment to excellence and our status as the trusted partner for maintaining the grounds of one of London’s busiest airports.

Since 2018, Glendale has been the incumbent grounds maintenance provider for London City Airport, ensuring that its outdoor areas are impeccably maintained in line with the airport’s long grass policy (as per CAA CAP 772), which contributes to the airport’s effective methods of habitat control.
