Meet Our New Graduate Apprentice: Bradley Sibson

We are thrilled to introduce graduate apprentice, Bradley Sibson.

Bradley originally joined the team as a marketing apprentice, supporting our digital marketing efforts and the production of other promotional materials.

After completing his apprenticeship in Business Administration and Marketing a couple of months early, he opted to pursue the business route for his long-term career.

He has taken on the role of business development coordinator at Glendale and is based at our head office in Chorley.

Bradley’s new responsibilities include providing administrative support throughout the business, identifying tender opportunities, market research, completing paperwork and other documentation for bid submissions, and assisting the business development team completing tenders.

As well as this, Bradley continues to help the marketing team with vehicle livery, distributing and reordering merchandise, preparing on-brand company signage and creating ID badges for operatives.

In the future, he hopes to expand his knowledge, pricing bids and quoting small projects as this is something that interests him. He also wishes to gain various qualifications and complete as much training as he can.

In his spare time, Bradley enjoys golfing and going to the gym, and is an avid Bolton Wanderers FC supporter.

Joanna Hill, Glendale’s marketing and tenders manager, said: “We are pleased Bradley has joined the Business Development Department after passing his apprenticeship with flying colors.

“He works hard and is really passionate about what we do, which is one of the many reasons that he fits in so well with the team.

“I look forward to continue working with him in the future and seeing what exciting ideas and concepts he brings to the table.”
