Qualifications and requirements

This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring tree surgeons wishing to develop their career in arboriculture. Full training and mentoring incorporating a  development pathway will form part of the role to allow candidates to achieve promotion, experience and grade change.

 

We will provide within the induction training for:

  • Wood chipper
  • Silky Saw
  • Risk Assessment
  • Manual Handling 
  • Ground Operations
  • ROSPA accredited H&S modules
  • NPTC City&Guilds Chainsaw maintenance, cross cutting and felling within the first 3 months

 

This focus on training and support will enable the successful candidate to become an integral part of an Arb  team undertaking a full range of arboricultural operations .

We’re looking for:

Excellent Communicators, passion for the outdoors, excellent team Players ability to work safely, 

willingness to learn and develop as an practical Arborist to preserve and protect the wider environment and understand the roles Trees have within our lives. A Full UK driving license is desirable
