GEM Midlands Supervisor

The Opportunity

Based at our Nottingham Depot the successful candidate will be an able and proactive supervisor, who will support the management of operational teams and liaise with the numerous customers that are within the Midlands Gem contract. Strong communication skills are required for this role, along with a focused approach to the monitoring of Health & Safety, productivity and standards of work. Maintaining customer satisfaction is a key element for this role.

You will have day to day responsibility for the mobile teams who carry out a wide range of works In the Midlands region. Clients include, Housing Associations, Schools & Colleagues, Parish Councils and Leisure Centres.
