Regional Support Analyst

Location: Chorley, Duxbury Park

The Opportunity

The Regional Support Analyst will work as part of our existing systems team supporting the growing business with management intelligence and database management. The role provides a vital link between our various operational contract management, our operational systems and the regional senior management. You will receive full in-house training but will need existing competence and confidence with MS Excel including VLOOKUP, IF statements and Pivot Tables to manage this technically varied role. 

Duties will include:

  • Providing a first line of contact for Contract Managers, competently dealing with any system issues that arise and directing queries appropriately.
  • Updating Glendale management systems Glendale Live, GlenComm and GlenSafe to ensure data accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Manipulating data and spreadsheets to collate information to assist with monitoring performance and improving contract delivery.
  • Developing bespoke, intelligence based reports to assess current performance levels and  identify where action is required to enhance / facilitate improved operational performance.
  • Assisting with operational route planning and optimisation.
  • Monitoring of hardware provided to contracts to maximise efficiency and reduce waste cost.
  • The successful applicant will have the following:
    • Strong IT skills: experienced in using MS Office packages with particular competency in MS Excel.
    • An eye for detail: data management and accuracy is key within our management systems.
    • Confident communication skills: you will be dealing with all personnel levels within our business, from field operatives to senior directors. The ability to communicate effectively is pivotal to this role. 

A full driving licence would be beneficial for this post.
