The Opportunity

  • We are seeking an administrator to join our Croydon and Wandsworth Arboricultural office.
  • This is a part time, permanent position and you will be required to work a maximum of 30 hours a week, based at our depot in Croydon.. 

Duties will include

  • Covering multiple phone lines and email inboxes
  • Assisting Contract Managers and Supervisors.
  • Raising/placing orders.
  • Filing and archiving of important records.
  • Assisting with aged debt, invoicing and purchasing.
  • Updating supplier, customer and employee records.
  • Raising/placing orders.
  • Running payroll and reports.

The Person

  • Enthusiastic, competent and motivated with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Conscientious and detail oriented person with a proven track record in administration in order to support the Management Team.
  •  Outstanding customer service skills are an essential requirement.
  •  Candidates should have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets. Full training will be provided for all of Glendale’s internal systems.
