Parks and Street Scene Cleansing Operatives, North Somerset

Full Time Permanent Position

Competitive rates of pay: Dependent on skills and capabilities

Our contract is seeking Operatives who will work as part of the mobile teams responsible for the cleansing of Parks, Public Open Spaces, Highways, Town Centres and the Beach at Weston-super-Mare. The position involves all aspects of cleansing duties as well as the removal of fly-tip and the management of vegetation. The teams are based at the main depot Weston-super-Mare.

The ideal candidates will need excellent customer care skills and a ‘can do’ attitude is an essential attribute to this position. Training will be provided to cover the extensive range of duties carried as part of this role.

A full UK driver’s licence is required

The position requires staff to work an early shift pattern with some weekend work.
