If you live and breathe sales, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile Key Account Administrator to join our expanding team and represent Glendale Managed Services brand values, share our passion and deliver a reliable and straightforward experience for new and existing customers. You will be located within our modern converted stables office within a stunning country golf course.

You’ll be joining our extended team of colleagues at an exciting time, as we expand our business to provide outstanding account  management administration to a range of private sector customers. 

If you have experience of CAFM systems, CRM systems, Works programming, invoicing and help desks, providing high levels of customer satisfaction, we are looking for you to work in our expanding team and represent Glendale’s brand values, share our passion and deliver a reliable and straightforward experience for our customers.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities of the Telesales Consultant:

  • You will be contacted by our commercial clients by phone or email requesting request of feedback on their CAFM system
  • You will upload works orders into our internal works management system
  • You will record all additional work requests on our CRM database.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times
  • Work to achieve pre-agreed sales and growth quality targets/KPIs

The Person

To be right for this role you will have bundles of enthusiasm, be passionate with a desire to succeed – Able to work both independently and as part of a team with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

Previous Key Account Administration and Management. You will enjoy working in a busy environment and  have an engaging email and telephone manner. Be methodical in your approach, multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines effectively. We would also expect you to take part in meetings as a team member and actively share experience, knowledge and solutions with colleagues, be proactive and ask questions.
