epd landscape is a small but dedicated and committed team, who following a recent reorganisation has ambitious targets for growth. 2022 has witnessed 43% growth in turnover and a 300% increase in profits and this growth is expected to continue over the next 3 years. We now seek and enthusiastic and ambitious senior manager to lead our epd landscape practice through our current strategic business plan.

Our consultation services cover areas of landscape design and management, landscape assessment, contract tendering and administration. We have a broad scope of build and maintain experiences and operate across the UK.

We are able to provide our clients with inspirational, flexible and sustainable solutions ranging from initial designs to project implementation and maintenance. We specialise in the following core areas

The Opportunity

This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader for a chartered Landscape Architect to lead our epd landscape business

The role involves leading the business and working with our clients to successfully meet and exceed expectations. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in

managing a landscape architecture practice/consultancy and be able to drive innovation and productivity whilst ensuring quality, safety and financial performance is maintained.

This is a hands-on role involving performance management of teams to maintain both high productivity and client satisfaction. You will have full responsibility for the financial performance of the business, tendering,business development and marketing and the ability to build a successful team to support further growth and new market entries.

The Person

Candidates should be well organised, and have skills in people and project management, be commercial minded with the ability to identifying opportunities with will develop our business Furthermore, they need to possess excellent leadership ability, enthusiasm and communication skills.

A chartered landscape architect with 10 years experience, along with senior management involvement is essential.

They should have a strategic outlook to meet short, medium and long-term objectives of the business and champion continuous improvement.
