Contract Supervisor 

East Horsley 

This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader providing green services to private and public sector businesses. 

We are seeking a Supervisor to work on our Surrey land and property contract. You will be working on a variety of sites across Surrey County.

This is a Full time position and the candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week and based at our depot in East Horsley, Surrey.

The Opportunity

• Assisting the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance
• Motivation and guidance of the able workforce of the Service Delivery Team
• Monitoring staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness
• Proactively leading by example, especially in H&S issues
• Maintenance and enforcement of security of vehicle, plant and equipment
• Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforceMaintaining workforce discipline
• To complete necessary daily check sheets and paperwork involved with the smooth running operations.

The Person

• The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leading groups or small teams.     
• Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Enthusiasm, strong leadership skills, good communication skills. 
• The ideal candidate will be flexible in style and thinking with an open, friendly personality.
• They will understand and subscribe to the importance of working as a team. 
• Excellent IT skills are essential as well as a driving licence.
