This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader providing green services to private and public sector businesses.

Reporting to the General Manager, and as part of the Civic Trees management team, this strategically thinking professional will be responsible for planning and executing the company operations in a timely and efficient manner. They will be a highly organised and adaptable individual capable of working under pressure and within tight timescales.

The Opportunity

• Build a rapport with staff at all levels
• Identify, develop and implement new systems to help the company progress
• Demonstrate good leadership capability and garner respect throughout the industry
• Present regular reports to the General Manager to show forward order book and work scheduling
• Liaise regularly with all departments to help streamline the company operations
• Be able to work within set budgets but also be able to demonstrate any changes that may be required

The Person

• Decisive and forward thinking, with a strong vision and strategic capability
• Financially astute with proven commercial acumen
• An appreciation for both sales and operational delivery, capable of bringing both disciplines together to offer a fluid approach
• An excellent understanding of operations
• Exceptional client facing skills
• A good demonstration of staff support/training

A good knowledge of the Landscape/Arboricultural business
