We are seeking a strong Contract Manager to deliver our current housing contracts in the south midlands which significantly exceed £½ a Million, whilst adding other clients to our growing Portfolio. The role involves liaising and working with our valued clients, to monitor and provide accurate Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis.

 

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of managing/supervising grounds maintenance and project teams and be able to drive productivity whilst ensuring the workforce provides a quality service.  You should have a strategic outlook to enable continuous improvement and identify efficiencies along the way.

This is a hands-on role involving monitoring the progress of teams on site and taking quick and effective action to maintain both high productivity and client satisfaction. You will have full responsibility for the Contract accounts and production of weekly and monthly reports.

Candidates should be well organised and have skills in grounds maintenance operations. Furthermore, they need to possess excellent leadership ability, enthusiasm, excellent people management and communication skills.  A horticultural qualification and a good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google systems would be preferred.
