This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader providing green services to private and public sector businesses. The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of a high quality and efficient grounds maintenance and burial service to Dignity plc, and ultimately to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.

Glendale is one of the largest green space management service providers in the UK and specialises in grounds maintenance, tree care and landscaping for public and commercial sector clients.

The Opportunity

  • You will have responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract including health and safety, training,  development and succession planning.
  • Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives
  • Ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes
  • Analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly
  • Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well maintained for safe use
  • Maintain compliance with the company’s ISO quality and environmental standards
