Glendale is a £50 million+ company delivering ‘green services’ throughout the UK. Activities include grounds management, landscaping, countryside and estates management, horticulture and arboriculture. 

Glendale currently has a vacancy for an enthusiastic, competent and motivated Administrator based out of our Solihull Depot, Moat Lane.

The Opportunity

For the role we are seeking to appoint a conscientious and detail orientated person, ideally with a proven track record in administration in order to support the Management Team.

The main area of responsibility will be to provide general office support within all areas of administration to support the management team. Duties will include:

  • Raising purchase orders and invoicing 
  • inputting of productivity data into a client bespoke database
  • Wage and personnel administration
  • Equipment issue and maintenance record keeping.

The Person

Outstanding customer service skills are an essential requirement.

Candidates should ideally have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets, full training will be provided for all Glendale’s internal systems.

You should possess strong communication and organisational skills.
