We are looking for an individual who is motivated and keen to work for one of the largest UK Grounds Maintenance companies with a broad client base.
Working closely with the Contract Manager and Operations team the main focus is general administration duties including ordering of Office and Grounds Maintenance materials, filing, archiving, tidiness of office, opening and distribution of external post.
Taking enquiries in person, via telephone and email and dealing with these in line with company process and procedures and be able to communicate with clients and suppliers in a professional manner.
You will also be required to undertake a number of financial tasks including assisting the Contract
Manager with financial forecasting, invoicing and processing wage information.
