Glendale has recently extended our contract with the London Borough of Enfield to deliver landscape improvement projects across highways, housing and parks in the borough. 

The Opportunity

This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader to deliver award winning landscape improvements to our valued client.

The role involves ensuring that effective financial management arrangements are in place for all projects, including financial monitoring, budgetary controls, approving invoices and generally establishing financial control arrangements which provide absolute assurance that the financial terms of the contract are met including responsibility for any adjustments or deductions as applicable.

This role is critical to decision-making processes within the business, with the support of local, regional and central management/support teams. 

The Person

  • Highly organised
  • Skills in project management. Furthermore, they need to 
  • Possess excellent financial awareness and medium-term planning experience
  • Great IT (Google Workspace) skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good time- management
