This is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader providing green services to private and public sector businesses.
Reporting to the Contract Manager and based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective running of all aspects of Grounds Management teams running out of the Glendale Stratford-Upon-Avon Depot.
Taking responsibility for the implementation of work planning systems on the contract, vehicle and machinery management and effective implementation of the company’s Health & Safety policy and associated procedures. The role will also require involvement in HR processes and helping to establish training programmes for employees. The successful candidate will be required to build solid relationships with Park Friends groups and the Client Officers, amongst others.
Candidates must be well organised and be effective in multi tasking. Working on their own initiative and problem solving skills will be key. Furthermore they need to possess excellent leadership ability, enthusiasm effective people management and communication skills. Candidates should ideally have, or be working towards, a Horticultural or Landscaping qualification and have a good understanding of IT systems.
