Glendale Bristol carries out a wide range of arboriculture works for domestic, commercial & public sector clients throughout the Avon , Somerset and M4/5 corridor area and requires a member of staff to join our arboriculture team based in Weston-Super-Mare.

Services offered at the office include grounds maintenance, woodland and estate management, vegetation management, fencing, tree surgery, forestry and environmental engineering projects.

The Opportunity

• Permanent contract with opportunity to build and develop a career over the longer term as we are keen to build team resilience.
• 40 hrs per week, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising inline with service. Company sick pay and pension.

The Qualified Person

• Proactive member of staff with a passion for arboriculture
• Strong team working ethic essential
• The candidate will need to be flexible and reliable with a thorough knowledge of all aspect of tree work, ground and aerial
• Comfortable undertaking arboriculture duties including tree pruning, dismantling & felling
• Nature of work requires the candidate to hold relevant industry qualifications such as NPTC certificates: 201(CS30), 202(CS31), 206/306(CS38) , 308(CS39).Possession of a valid CSCS card would be an advantage. A full UK .driving licence is essential , preferably with trailer towing experience up to 3,500kg
• Candidate must have a positive attitude towards Health & Safety regulations
