Glendale’s private Arb teams have an opportunity to recruit new Arborist’s based at our Launceston office in Cornwall. The position of Arborist is to support the contract, maintain quality, customer care, safety standards and productivity levels

 

The Opportunity

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, competent arborist wishing to develop their career. Based at our office in Launceston, the successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of Arb work, able to offer operational support, working alongside a team of Arborist staff completing a wide range of tree works from simple felling and pruning works to technical dismantles using rigging equipment and MEWPS. This is a hands on role working as part of a team on site and taking responsibility for the progress of work through daily planning, whilst being able to take quick and effective action to maintain productivity and quality standards. You will be assisting the operational team, their performance and service delivery. 

 

The Person

  • Ideally candidates should be qualified to CS40/41 Units 307/309, CSCS with a minimum of 3 years experience, hold a UK drivers licence. Due to the nature and area of the works the candidate will need to be a confident person who can display good people management and excellent communication skills. Candidates with CS33/34 Unit 302, Trailer Licence and relevant certificates will be at an advantage.
