Management Development Programme

Making the step up to management level can be challenging. Through a desire to make the management level more accessible, Glendale has developed a management development programme so that the skills of employees remain within the company through internal promotion.

The 12-month programme provides training in Finance, HR and Procurement and aims to prepare less experienced managers and supervisors to take on greater responsibility and develop the necessary skills for the role.
