Graduate Arborists

Glendale Arboriculture takes care of all aspects of tree management both in rural and urban environments, for health and safety, risk management or aesthetic purposes. This includes tree surgery, removal, compliance inspections and surveys. We are also highly experienced in Utility Arboriculture.

We are currently seeking Graduate Arborists to join Glendale Arboriculture.

Golf Services Supervisor/Golf Coach

Richmond Park Golf Course is London`s premier pay & play golf course, with 36-holes and a new driving range. We now require a Golf Services Supervisor/Golf Coach to manage and lead our golf team to success. The ideal candidate will be PGA qualified/registered as there will be lots of opportunity to earn lessons income on our new driving range.

Duties include:

- Managing the Golf Services and Golf Coaching team who are responsible for the day to day running of the clubhouse and driving range. - Managing tee booking and till systems. - Administering the staff rota. - Proactively selling/administering memberships and golf societies. - Ensuring the clubhouse and driving range is well presented. - Managing the golf retail and custom-fitting department. - Bar & restaurant duties. - Improve and develop sales/service skills throughout the team.

The role is permanent and working hours are 24 hours per week in the clubhouse, including weekends and evenings. Basic salary is £10,050 as Golf Services Supervisor, plus up to an additional £35 per hour as a Golf Coach. It is envisaged that the candidate will work circa 10 hours per week golf coaching, taking annual salary to circa £28k-£30k.

Richmond Park Golf Course requires a full-time Administrator to work at London`s premier pay & play golf venue, located in the heart of the Richmond`s beautiful 2,500 acre Royal Park.

Overseeing a small horticulture team carrying our gardening duties to the highest standards, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in horticulture and hold a minimum qualification of NVQ2 or C&G2 in Horticulture, hold a full UK drivers licence and PA1 & PA6.

North London Arboriculture Manager

Based around the South East region, the successful applicant will be a proactive business-minded individual who will be able to seek out new business while supporting growing operational teams to deliver existing work.

You will work with the Regional Management team and the central Business Development team to tender for term contracts and quote for cash business. You should be fully qualified yourself and experienced to be able to deliver operational Arboriculture works, and you will have a demonstrable work history of managing senior level staff. You will need to work to our processes and procedures ensuring standards are maintained and all work is compliant.

In addition, you will need to have excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment with changing priorities. It will be an advantage to have an awareness of wider countryside services, current Health and Safety regulations and a good understanding of current FTA legislation. Enthusiasm, strong leadership skills, good communication skills and strong business acumen will be necessary.

Traffic Monitor

We are looking for a Traffic Monitor for a period of 12 months. This role is to observe and record the movement of construction traffic entering and exiting the golf course improvement works to ensure all movements are accurately monitored and captured.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills. This role is a lone working role so it is expected that the successful candidate will have the capability and motivation to work on their own.

This role is offered as either a full time contract or as a job share. The role will be up to 45 hours per week however this is dependant on the needs of the business.
