One of the key ways we do this is through our extensive training opportunities. We strive to advance employees at all levels, assisting individuals to develop their skills and knowledge.

Induction Training

We provide hands-on induction training in:

We also offer in-depth guidance into the procedures of both our clients and Glendale.

E-Learning

All Glendale employees have access to our e-learning tool allowing them to undertake RoSPA (Royal Society for the Preventions of Accidents) accredited training courses.

This provides our employees with vital industry recognised qualifications.

Annual performance and development reviews

Yearly performance and development reviews are carried out to identify any training and development needs our employees may have. This allows us to organise formal or refresher training sessions and NVQs for our employees.
